IFSTA now provides free ground shipping for the 48 contiguous US. This excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

General Shipping Information
We require an actual street address (instead of a post office box) in order to guarantee delivery.
Same day processing can be guaranteed for orders that are submitted by 12:00 pm CDT/CST.
Shipping Days are Monday through Friday and do not include Saturday and Sunday or holidays. Delayed deliveries due to inclement weather are beyond our control.
Alaska and Hawaii
3rd Day shipping is NOT available for Alaska and Hawaii.
Free Shipping is NOT available for Alaska and Hawaii.
APO/FPO Addresses
APO and FPO addresses will be shipped through the US Postal Service as Certified Priority Mail.
International Customers
Prepayment is required including shipping costs for the products ordered. Payment methods include check, credit card, money order, or draft against a U.S bank. A $25.00 bank processing fee will be added for electronic funds transfer (EFT).

Return Policy
Customers
Return Process:
- Complete the return request form on the IFSTA website - Submit a Return Request.
- If the return is approved, a RMA number (Return Material Authorization) will be provided. The RMA number must be listed on the outside packaging of the returned product. The RMA number expires after 30 days.
- No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
To Be Eligible for return:
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in resalable condition with shrink wrap still in place.
- Previous manual editions cannot be returned.
- Items must be returned via UPS or FedEx at customer’s expense.
Bookstores
- Item must be in resalable condition with shrink wrap in place
- a 15% restock fee will be applied to the return
- Include a copy of the invoice
- Include an explanation for the return
- Items must be shipped via UPS or FedEX at customer expense
- Old editions cannot be returned after 6 months of new edition release date
eBooks
Refund Policy: Upon purchase you will receive an activation code. Once your activation code has been consumed the eBook cannot be returned for a refund.
Buyers
If you are returning a purchase made on Amazon™, you must return it through the original order placed on the Amazon™ site.
