Thank you for choosing to submit your work for consideration in the IFSTA Fire Service Calendar. Please read this page carefully, complete the form, and submit your photographs.
Acceptable Themes
Please ensure photos meet the following themes: leadership; training; emergency response including structural, forest/wildland, and maritime fire fighting; rescue and extrication; research, diversity, fire prevention, inspection, and community outreach activities. Please do not include photos that illustrate unsafe behaviors, close-up EMS care, or sponsorship of fire equipment. Photos that relate to seasons of the year such as snow or ice or blooming trees/flowers and action photos with people receive extra consideration for the calendar.
Photo Requirements
Please ensure photos are landscape orientation and have a minimum resolution of 4,350 x 3,600 pixels, at 300 ppi. Portrait-oriented photos will not be considered. Color photos are preferred. Remove any personal watermarks prior to submitting your photo(s).

Checking this box and by submitting images, you (photographer) agree to each of the following: 1) you own the copyright to the photo(s), 2) you obtained any and all necessary permission to photograph the scenes, patients, personnel, and equipment illustrated in the photo(s), and 3) you agree to allow IFSTA to print and disseminate the photo(s) in their annual Fire Service Calendar (not specified to any particular year) and any other promotional media without reimbursement. IFSTA pays $250 per image selected for the calendar.
